Extena applies the General Terms of Delivery ABM 07. Subject to printing errors and prior sale.
Shipping
Prices are Free Carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing, EXW Norsjö (INCOTERMS 2010).
Packaging
Packaging costs extra.
Returns
Undamaged packaging returned to Extena will be credited -25% for inspection costs by agreement. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Returns must always be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
Payment terms
Payment must be made no later than 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoicing takes place on delivery from the factory. Invoicing takes place in SEK (Swedish kronor) unless otherwise agreed. VAT will be added to all prices.
Minimum order supplement
Orders under SEK 1,000 will incur an additional invoice fee of SEK 250.
